About bookings
Where is Uncharted Society Barcelona located?
Is the event cancelled due to bad weather?
If the conditions are not optimal for the activities and to guarantee a good experience for the participants, the booking can be rescheduled for another day.
Bad weather is considered bad weather when conditions may present a danger to users.
How can I book an activity?
To book a place, please go to the Uncharted Society VIP Experience section of the website and select the tour you would like to book. You will find a calendar with different timetables. Once selected, you will proceed to complete your details and pay the reservation fee of 20 euros (card), which will be deducted from the total amount of the activity to be carried out. You will receive an email with the confirmation of your booking, don’t lose it, you will be asked for it on the day of the activity.
How and where can I pay for the rest of the activity?
On the day of the excursion, you will go to the booth where our colleagues will ask you for your reservation code. Right there you can pay with cash or credit card the rest pending of the chosen activity.
